My springs are quite old, rusty, and I suspect non-standard so I couldn't find an exact match on DIY's charts. I used the live chat function, Mike helped me very quickly. It is a great feature. Only criticism is that I stated by trying to call in and the automated menu didn't work - didn't accept any menue choices and kept hanging up on me. Thanks again to Mike!
