Terri went out of her way to reroute me when my flight got delayed
I am traveling without the rest of my group, and for some foolish reason without my phone. My flight got so delayed that I would not get to Manila in time to depart with the rest of my group. Terri rebooked for me even though I had used FF miles for the airline part, and not booked that with her.
