Inexcusable customer service & poor communication
We placed an order for, and paid for drapes in mid January. The receipt said 4-5 days shipping. It is now the third week in February and no drapes. I have called and left 3 messages with no response. I emailed twice with no response. Finally last evening I received this email - this is the TOTAL communication received:

I called Jeanette and asked her if this was a tracking number and if she could tell me where my order was - she replied (I quote) "Just Google It". I asked her what company this tracking number applied to, to which she again snottily replied "Just Google it" When I explained that I would like to talk with a supervisor, she said "I AM THE SUPERVISOR". I am appalled at the level of disrespect I was shown by a company that has had a few hundred dollars of mine for six weeks with no communication. She then said the drapes had shipped "yesterday" and to expect them to arrive in 4-5 days. Never again. Stay away from this horrible company.
