Worst customer service experience EVER!
Came to the website created an order and said OK to very high shipping costs. Four days later went back to website to track shipment, only to find out it hadn't shipped yet. Despite a 3 day shipping Guarantee (which when asked about, was told it was a guideline?? Lookup guarantee). I went on live chat and after 30 minute for 8 lines of dialogue I called customer service. Was told after being put on hold, that they needed to research the issue and they would get back to me by EOD. Now why their CSR's don't have access to inventory and order status is a mystery. An hour after their published closing time I sent an email asking what was going on and 30 minutes later I get this response:

I would like to inform you that unfortunately the following item is considered a special order and is ordered on a need to basis. It will be an estimated 6-8 week backorder.
