Ordered dark chocolate from their website and after 3 days was told that it was on back order and would be shipped in 6 to 8 weeks. Waited 14 weeks and requested an update on my order and was told that it was special order and would be 6 to 8 weeks before they received it. Additional 10 weeks and nothing from them about my order. If they tell you that the items you ordered are not in stock, don't expect to hear from them or ever receive you items.

Hello Ray,
I am very sorry you had some issues with your order. I dug into this some for you. You had ordered the Dove 71 High Cocoa Dark Chocolate Bar. We did make several attempts to get this in for you however the end result was this item is either no longer produced or is just not offered in the division of Mars we buy from. Your credit card was never charged and we have made this item unavailable for purchase on our web site so others do not have the same issue that you had.
We pride ourselves on normally being able to get those hard to find items and this one just slipped through our efforts.
I appreciate you letting us know about your experience and this will be something I share in my next meeting with our Mars rep.
