great exercise and good health
I,m 57 years old and need to exercise for my heart,the
ezip electric bike is great! I live near a trail in which pedal to work 6 miles and on the way home when it's to hot for a full work out, I use the pedal as you go feature,thre is less strain and still a little exercise. My blood pressure is down,and i'm loseing weight.And less stress do to traffic.Just what the doctor orders!!
