I ordered two trucks and 4 men (Rennal, “Shorty”, Jorge, and Lupe). The crew was on-time, polite, and quick. Fantastic!

However, the Sales Rep (Renee) was quite rude. When the crew arrived they gave me an estimate that was 50% more than what the phone rep (Renee) quoted (6hrs verse 9 hours). Two days prior, I had provide Renee a comprehensive moving inventory list (100 boxes, 30 bags, yard tools, furnitures, etc..). I can understand if it’s 1 hour off, but 3 hours!

So I called Renee to explain the situation, “Why did you give me a quote that was so way off….”. She said there’s no way she can provide an accurate quote. Then the next sentence was, “..Do you want me to call off the move?” Wow! She very well knew I wasn’t in the position cancel. Regardless, an apology from her would have been good enough for me, but I got a slap in the face.

I plan to move again within 6 months when we buy our new home. I really like the crew, but I’m not sure if I want to talk to your sales rep again.
