I wrote every item down on a piece of paper to be picked up. Because a stranger (not me with whom you had contracted) said they don't want the bed, they left the bed. I should have been called to ask. It cost us several hundred dollars more just to get the bed. I am so disappointed in your service. This is my second experience with you; the first was great; there will be no third. Actually I deserve some refund to help cover the cost of getting the bed WHICH WAS ON THE LIST.
