I've used A Better Tripp twice now. The first time was four years ago; I got a quote in writing because I had been ripped off by movers so many times before, I decided I wanted to go a different route and pay by weight. The movers packed and unpacked, in addition to moving.

It was wonderful - professional, polite and as quick as it could be without breaking anything. It really cut down on the time I would spend unpacking and saved my back. They didn't charge me a dime over the quote.

The second time I moved I just had A Better Tripp do the loading and unloading, and was charged by the hour. The guys didn't play games to get more hours - a reasonable lunch and breaks, and they worked as fast as people moving heavy furniture can. The guys were SUPER polite and easy to work with.

They accidentally charged me $125, that I didn't notice. About 30 minutes later, there was a knock on the door, and the head-mover told me I was overcharged, corrected it/had me sign the paper, and was on his way. I was very impressed with his honesty.

I could not be happier with either move. They were my first ever good experiences with great movers. Not one item was broken! I highly recommend either payment style with A Better Tripp. Happy moving!
