I was a bit disappointed with the speed of the move. The 2 gentlemen and woman that were moving our things took an entire day to do a job that should have taken at most 4 or 5 hours. However, I was pleased that there were no damages to our belongings during the process. Our crew also disappeared on us for almost 2 hours and claimed they had not gone to take a lunch break; nonetheless, after speaking with management, we were not billed for this time. Management and the crew were pleasant, and helpful during the move. This was the first time we were disappointed with a better Tripp. We still plan to use them however for another move this summer as all of our other experiences with them have been positive!
