I had a silk 8' x10' rug taken to your facility to be cleaned and upon delivery it had not been cleaned! I had it picked up again and the 2nd time it was returned it was beautiful. Bright colors and clean. I doubt I will use Coit again for my oriental carpets. I have five and in the past I have used a local cleaner and have always had excellent service from him.
