We had Zerorez out first to our rental house to clean the carpets. One of the bedrooms smelled like a dog had urinated in it. We had Zerorez give us a quote over the phone and then try to upsell the job when they got there. We elected to stay with what we had been quoted and their process did nothing but scrub the surface of the carpet. There was no extraction what so ever even though they said the process did extract. It did not involve a suction hose. We still had the smell. We called Coit out and you guys were reasonably priced and did an excellent job that actually got rid of the smell. Thanks for your service.
