technician was nice. we were not informed by the office of the minimum charge
So.. we paid over $100 dollars for the carpets to be cleaned when we moved out. This was to ensure that we would get our deposit from the management company. After we moved they charged us $250 dollars for carpet cleaning. They were not happy..and we were not happy that in the end the carpets have now cost us over $350. For two rooms, one 10x10 and one 15x10. I don't know about everyone else but when you are moving you are counting every penny.
There was no mention of what the minimum charge would be when we made the reservation, you knew that it was for a move out..you knew we were trapped.
