The representative who came to my house showed up on time, and did an excellent job. The only bad thing that happened, and he didn't know, was the hose that was placed across our lawn left a burn mark in our grass. We have really green grass and it is a tiff lawn. The rep did not know that it would leave a burn mark in our grass, but of course obviously the next time you come to clean our carpets, he will be told not to lay the hose across our lawn. Thank you
