Web Search
Your search engine optimized reviews page creates an additional source of traffic to your website by creating a new search result. When searching on your company's name, a listing will appear entitled “(your company's name here) Customer Reviews”. By clicking on this listing, potential customers can read your reviews and click directly to your web page.

Your Web Site
Visitors to your website can read your customer reviews by clicking the Customer Reviews logo (see blue logo on right) we install on your website. When your potential customers click on the Customer Reviews logo, your customized reviews page is displayed without redirecting your visitors away from your website.

Ask the Reviewer™

Ask the Reviewer™ allows your potential customers to ask a question directly to one of your reviewers by clicking on the Ask the Reviewer™ button on your review page.

When an Ask the Reviewer™ question is submitted, an email is sent to you and the reviewer. Through Customer Lobby, you can post a reply, the reviewer can post a reply or both. The identity of the reviewer and the potential customer are not published on your review page. The question and response become part of the original review.

If you believe that a question is inappropriate, you can block the question from being published on your review page. Ask the Reviewer™ questions and responses are otherwise subject our Publishing Policy.
