Impact Study: 15% More New Clients
Berkeley, CA — June 5, 2009 — An independent analysis of the impact of customer reviews found that adding customer reviews to a web site resulted in 15.1% more customers. The study was conducted by Web Video Vision, a leading Social media marketing, web site and video production firm that offers its clients a broad range of digital outsourcing services.
The study reviewed the impact of Customer Lobby's Reviews Solution on behalf of a leading cabinet hardware supply company. The study found a 15.1% increase in the conversion rate in the 30 days after adding Customer Lobby's Reviews Solution to the web site as compared to the 30 days prior. In this study, conversion rate was defined as the number of customers in a period divided by the total number of web site visitors in that period.
