Manage Reviews – or let us handle it!
When a customer submits a review, we will send you an email to let you know. You can then manage your reviews or let us automatically handle it.
Listing Order: Featured Reviews
You have the option of selecting up to three Featured Reviews which will be listed first. Other reviews will be listed in chronological order with the most recent reviews first.
Review Management
Using our Review Management tools, you can:
- Publish a review
- Add a response to create a powerful marketing tool from an ordinary customer review
- Verify that the reviewer is an actual customer not a competitor or disgruntled employee
- Request that a review be withdrawn (requires reviewer consent)
- Challenge a review if you believe it does not meet the definition of a Valid Review
Publishing Policy
You can block any reviews that are not Valid Reviews and block any inappropriate Ask the Reviewer™ questions from being posted. We include
on your review page and the following sentence is listed under Publishing Policy: “All reviews will be published within 10 days of their submission.”
What is a Valid Review?
Every review must meet our criteria of a Valid Review to be published. Reviews that include any of the following will not be published:
- Obscenities, discriminatory language, or other inappropriate comments (including any comments written in a language other than English) not suitable for this forum;
- Advertisements, “spam” content, or references to other companies, reviewers, services, products, offers, or websites;
- Email addresses, URL's, phone numbers, physical addresses, or other forms of contact information;
- Reviews that: are not written by a paying customer (including pre-paid customers) of the company being reviewed; include pricing information; have been withdrawn by the reviewer; or that Customer Lobby believes to be untrue.
- Critical or spiteful comments about other reviews or their authors;
- Computer viruses, scripts, tags, worms or other potentially damaging computer programs or files; or
- Comments that may reasonably be considered to be defamatory, libelous, hateful, racially or religiously biased or offensive, unlawfully threatening or unlawfully harassing to any individual, partnership or corporation.
