Phone Phone-Based Reviews with Customer Call™

With our Customer Call™ service, a Customer Lobby Reviews Collection Professional will call the customers you select on the phone and ask about their experiences with your company. A summary of the conversation is transcribed by our Reviews Collection Professionals into the review form. As part of your Business Edition membership, we will complete two Customer Calls™ per month. This service will help you to target customers who might not otherwise write a review.

Email Email Invite

We send the customers you select an email invitation to submit a review. If you want to customize the invitation to your customers, you can also email the link directly to your customers using your email system.

Web From Your Website

Your customers can click on the Customer Reviews logo (see blue logo on right) we install on your website (learn more) to create a reviewer account and write a review.

Survey Private Survey

We collect actionable customer feedback for you – not for publication - from a customizable satisfaction survey included with each review.
